She was predeceased by: her grandfather Jay Hemenway, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Carlsen and Marcie Carlsen; her brother James; her grandparents, Sue Hemenway and Trevor Carlsen (Chris); her great-grandparents, Marie Hemenway, Ken Carlsen (Joan), Pete Montague and Carol Montague; and her uncles, Dan Hemenway (Angie), Doug Hemenway (Erin), Matt Riggs (Erin), Sam Carlsen (Amanda), Allen Carlsen (Mindy) and Laura Carlsen.
