He is survived by: his children, Amanda Russell (Devon), Jessica Sparks (Brandon), Douglas Plews (Anne), Kiaya Plews and Elisha Plews (Lena); his stepfather Alfred "Skip" Linville; and his sisters, Sheryl Zaczek (John) and Kathy Fairbotham (Amber). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
