He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Jane Sebright (Carlson) and Fred James Sebright; and his sister Kimberly Bauman (Donald). He is survived by: his wife Lorena Dell Sebright (Kortz); his children, Heather Vaughn (John), Heidi Jozwik (Joseph) and John Sebright (Timber); his niece Angela Duff; his nephew Alan Duff (Miranda); his grandchildren, Isaac Peterson, Tristan Peterson, Tyler Sebright, Maya Peterson, Julianna Peterson, Caleb Sebright and Bayleigh Sebright; his siblings, Vicky Sebright and Randy Sebright (Linda); and his mother-in-law Darla Kortz (Leo). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, co-workers, lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
