It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Bessey of Paw Paw, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alton Stimson and Alvena Stimson (Mulder); her husband Boyd Thomas Bessey; her son Dr. Jeffrey; her daughter-in-law Anne Bessey; her children, Cindy Hatfield and Mark Bessey; and also Becky Mitchell. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
