We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2022, at the age of 65, Jay Lynn Millek of Paw Paw, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Frank Millek and Armita Millek (Agate); and his sister Diane Dent-Black. He is survived by: his daughters, Ryan Christine Gonzales (Beatriz), Kristen Ely (Mike) and Samantha Blackburn (Ryan); his siblings, Anthony Frank Millek Jr. (Linda), Rodney Millek (Christie), David Millek (Michelle), Linda Millek and Theresa Shave (Bob); and his grandchildren, Maddison Millek, Mateo Millek, Mariah Millek, James Gonzales, Paige Nelson, Aydin Blackburn, Alayna Ely, Lia Ely, Chloe Blackburn and Carson Blackburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association.
