He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur W. Dutcher and Catherine L. Dutcher; his former wife Bernice Russel; his children, Dawn Schwartzman (Michael), Lynn M. Dutcher, Paul Dutcher (Melinda), Phil Dutcher (Lisa) and Jill Dutcher (Dan); his grandchildren, Wife and Jean Taylor; and his spouse Jean Taylor.
