Jacquline M. Arter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2022, at the age of 75, Jacquline M. Arter (Paw Paw, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Moreno and Delores Moreno Culbertson (Tennant); her stepfather Arthur L Culbertson; her grandparents, Jesus, Maria Moreno and Charlotte Smith; her brothers, Randolph and Joseph "Chuckie" Moreno; and her grandson Brenden William Carmichael.

She is survived by: her children, Ernest "Skip" Arter Sr. (Shana) of Lawrence, MI, Neena Porter (Aaron) of Schoolcraft, MI, Amy Elyea (Chad) of Kalamazoo, MI, Ranee Arter-Cunningham (Rasaun) and Heather Carmichael (William F.) of Battle Creek, MI; her brother Paul Moreno (Patricia) of Vicksburg, MI; and her friends, Patty and Cyndi. She is also survived by six nephews, several cousins, friends and "adopted family".

Memorial contributions may be made to the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors or the Freshwater Community Church, c/o the funeral home.
