He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Pantoja and Abigail Fernandez; and his brother Baudelio Pantoja. He is survived by: his wife Amalia Lopez; his sisters, Adela Perez (Alfonzo), Obdulia Pantoja, Monica Armenta (late Salvador) and Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez (Leandro); his children, Romeo (Alicia Fausto), Hector (Adelida Cazares), Maribelle Garcia (Marcos), Marina Mata (Adrian) and Alma Cristina Villegas (Manuel); and his brothers, Alvino Pantoja (Maria), Demetrio Pantoja (Bertha), Marcos Pantoja (Delfina) and Hugo Pantoja (Patricia). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
