He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Jucha" Koziol; his children, Marsha Miller (Warren), Christine Chappell, Frances Terry (Scott), Mark Koziol and Eugene Koziol; his grandchildren, Lonni Farero (Ryan), Brooke Fadel (Yousef), Eleephra Hunsberger (Jim), David Miller (Danai) and Seesha Larson (Kory); his great grandchildren, Cassie Miller-Byam, Bradley Hunsberger, Will Hunsberger, Laith Fadel and Malek Fadel; and his siblings, Lottie Kotlinski, Frances May, Ursula Apida and Dennis Pacanowski (Sharla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
