She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Denzel and Esther Denzel (Johnson); her children, Barbara Thompson (Tony) and Steven Overacker (Lisa); her grandchildren, Sarah Driesenga (Robert), Jill Butler (Lewis), Matthew Thompson and Kevin Thompson (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Bryson, Reid, Ryker and Caleb; her brother William Denzel (Joann); her sister-in-law Barbara Denzel; her husband Charles Overacker; and her brother Earl Denzel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Almena United Methodist Church or Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
