In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Charlie leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Charlie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Maxwell and Isa Maxwell (Boyce); his grandfather Jeffrey Maxwell; his wife Goldie Ann Maxwell; and his siblings, Wilma Maxwell, Maxine Bosworth and William Maxwell.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Maxwell Jr. (Nancy) and Cindy Goldberg (John). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
