She was predeceased by: her husband Frank V. Kalanj; and her sister-in-law Mary Rice. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Palenick (Tom), Karen Klett (Chuck) and Kathy Kalanj-Martin (Jon); her adoptive daughter Patty Mack (Gary); her grandchildren, Danial Smith, Lindsay Thomas (Wade) and Stephanie Bernier (Joel); and her siblings, Marlene DePierre and Irvin Terrell (Deanne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
