She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry H. Houtman, Jr. and Bertha Houtman (Dykstra); her spouse Adrian DeDoes (Ted); and her siblings, Lois Smith, Louise Fisk and Ronald Houtman.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn McDaniel (Bruce) of Kalamazoo, David DeDoes (Sue) of Gobles and Diane Stanton (Bill) of Gobles; her grandchildren, Michael DeDoes (Kelly), Jason DeDoes and Sara Hibma (Eric); and her sister-in-law Virginia Houtman. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made in her name to Centrica Care Hospice, Kalamazoo or a memorial of donor's choice.
