She was predeceased by: her father Rolland Priddy. She is survived by: her mother Judy Evans (Ferguson); her husband Raymond Middleton; her children, Devin Middleton and Ashlee Middleton; her stepson Korey Wolthuis; and her brother Shawn Priddy.
