He is survived by: his parent Edith Treat (Chase); his son Terry Treat (Sandy) of Rochester Hills, MI; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Treat of Mishawaka, IN; his daughter Beverly Hulse of Monticello, MN; and his grandchildren, Chris Treat of Indiana, Kimberly Saunders (John) of Canton, GA, Michelle Roth (Ryan) of Mishawaka, IN, Michael Treat (Sarah) of Canton, GA and Nicole Filippis (Ryan) of Oxford Township, MI.
