He was predeceased by: his mother Lola Prater. He is survived by: his father Clyde Prater; his children, Joshua Prater (Tanya) and Samantha Stever (Justin); his grandsons, Braylen, Jonathan and Nathan; and his siblings, Brenda Cox, Erma Nyssen (William), Raymond (Carla) and Ellis Prater (Tina).
