Phillip Milligan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 86, Phillip Milligan of Parma, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stanley and Ardale B. Milligan (Phelps); and his brother Lauren Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Greg Milligan, Gwen Jacobson (Curtis) and Howard "Brad" Milligan (Cherri); his grandchildren, Clayton Milligan, Phillip Milligan (Teia), Corey Milligan, Derrick Milligan, Jason Jacobson, Carrie Shrock (Robert), Lindsey Jacobson, Bradley Bo Milligan (Charlotte), Chelsie Cauthon (Bronson) and Jayme Milligan; and his brothers, Gene Milligan and Jack Milligan. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
