She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Frank Lozier (Irene) and John Ziemba (Genevieve); her nieces, Brooke and Taylor; her nephew Brett; and her aunt Sophie Lazarowicz.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Kubish; her children, Zachery, Abigail and Jacob Kubish; her parents, John Ziemba and Patricia Ziemba; her siblings, Steven Ziemba (Renee), Kathryn Comar (Joe) and Jay Ziemba (Melissa); her parents-in-law, Robert and Elizabeth Kubish; her siblings-in-law, Jessica Redovich (Pete), Theresa Smith (Andy) and Andy Kubish (Kristine); and her nieces and nephews, Hillary, Genevieve, Adeline, Jacqueline, Natalie, Lauren, Sydnie, Shelby, Madisyn, Morgan, George, Andrew, Louis, Delbert and Henry. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
