He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford Davis and Helen Davis (Mangles); his daughter Shelley; and his grandson Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Davis of Parma; his children, Scott Davis of Florida, Kim Read (Frank) of Florida, Todd Davis (Pam) of Lansing and Susan VanderMoere (Chris) of Dimondale; his grandchildren, Bill, Fred, Nick, Rhyse, Trenten, Chris of Brittany, JT, Ian and Aidan; and his sister Dorothy Martin. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ele's Place of Lansing in loving memory of Frederick Davis.
