He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; his son Tim; his parents, Charles Noppe and Martha Noppe; and his brother Chuck (Gloria Noppe).
He is survived by: his children, Sue Woodman (Bob), Linda Crocker (Steve), Phillip Noppe (Cindi), Mark Noppe (Manerie) and Douglas Noppe (Henry Alberico); his daughter-in-law Roberta Noppe; his grandchildren, John Woodman (Tara), Mark Woodman (Anne), Steven Woodman, Elise Noppe, Audrey Capicchioni (Ross), Julia Guinane (Nate), Shawn Crocker, Ashley Ruge (Kyle), Allie Smith (Phil), Mallory McCort (Brent), Rick Mohon (Peggy), Samantha Graham (John), Michael Noppe (Kati), Amber Sanders (Kevin) and Amanda Dixon (Chad Boggess); and his brother-in-law Jerry Bachman (Yvette). He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
