She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Milligan; her parents, Duane Wellman and Harriett Wellman; and her brother Scott Wellman. She is survived by: her siblings, Marian Wellman Horton, Katrina Knoll, Rosie Goodwin (Greg), Duane Wellman (Maria), Jane Breton (Jim), Chris Wellman (Sam-Leann) and Joe Wellman; and her friends, Liz, Abby and John Kuntzleman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
