He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mary and Rose Mary (Priest); and his siblings, Gertrude (Squires), Ethel (Wile), Idell (Cardinal), Oneita Stieg, Francis (Mund), Howard, Reo, Dorothy and Roland Shawve.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Kersey; his children, Delores Holmes (Terry), Dianne Wirth (John), James (Sharon), Louis (Rose), Dick (Linda) and Garry (Sherry); his former wife Florence Turner; his daughter Susan Stieg; and his grandchildren, Violet, Timothy and Maylee. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren as well as 6 great-great grandchildren.
