He is survived by: his wife Noreen Battle; his children, Randall Kehr (Marsha), Gregory Kehr and Kimberly Kleeves (Robert); his grandchildren, Andrew, Adam Kehr, Shayla Olmstead (Sam), David Saivdes, Raymond and Joshua Kleeves; his great grandchild Paige Kehr; and his siblings, Gerald Kehr and Ilene Hamel.
