He is survived by: his wife Betty Lenon; his children, Michael Nelson (Tracy) and Kristine Nelson; his grandchildren, Erin Nelson (Andrew), Jamie Drew (Matthew), Matthew Nelson and Amber Johnson (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Noah Drew, Isabelle and Avery Johnson; his siblings, Duane Nelson (Debbie) and Margaret Anderson; and his in-laws, Gerry Curtis, Linda Cooley (Jim), Larry Lenon (Mary Ann), Dan Lenon and Connie Settlemyre (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Don's name may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
