He is survived by: his wife Judy Fleischmann; his sons, Robert Weighman (Sherri) of Saginaw, Ronald Weighman (Tammy) of Saginaw and Randy Weighman (Lora Keena) of Paradise; and his grandsons, Jarrid Weighman and Douglas Weighman.
