He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sr. Myers and Marion Myers (Funk); his wife Joyce Ann Barry; his son Peter III; his grandson Raymond Smolinski; and his siblings, Jimmy Horton, Margaret Kelly and Mildred Fauch.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Myers (Mary Jo) of Cheboygan, Donald Myers (Karla) of Brimley, Michigan and Barbara Smolinski (Raymond) of Kinross, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Eric Morgan (Laura), Karen Robertson (Craig), Alan Myers (Ashley), Melissa Glasser (Bruce), Michelle Smolinski (Ed McKerchie), Ricky Myers (Andra), Jamie Myers (Michael Kennedy) and Michael Myers (Catherine). He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
