He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Catherine Nicholas; his parents, Gustav Sundberg and Gertrude Sundberg; his parents-in-law, Thomas and Ida Nicholas; and his sister Barbara Brunswick (Donald).
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Numikoski (James) of Palmer, Robin Danielson (Sigfrid) of Catalina, AZ, Catherine Collins (Donn) of Negaunee and Thomas Sundberg (Ethel) of Palmer; his grandchildren, Samuel Numikoski, Stephen Sundberg (Ellen), Ryan Collins (Elizabeth), Stacey Sundberg, Adam Collins and Evelyn Smith (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Kendra Sundberg, Katelyn, Raeanne, Kenndyl Smith and Maxwell Collins; and his nephew Donald Brunswick (Jacqueline). He is also survived by several great nephews and cousins.
