She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Teppola and Eleanor Teppola (Hautamaki); her husband Joseph Kanyo; and her son-in-law Chris Harris. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Harris of Salem, VA, Karen Marta of Ishpeming, Trudy Gustafson (Luke) of Palmer and Ross Manninen (Amanda) of Ishpeming. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
