He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Heimo, Sylvia Pulkkinen, Edward and Irene Kukkonen; and his uncle Elmer Pulkkinen.
He is survived by: his parents, John R. Pulkkinen and Peggy Pulkkinen (Kukkonen); his brothers, David (Erin) of South Range and Michael of Painesdale; his aunt Rose Przedwiecki of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his nieces, Kayla and Lacy; and his close friends, Sam, Joleen Jenkins, David and Joe "Shakey" Hansen. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
