He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. and Jeanette Godfried, Sr. (Kuehnl); and his brother-in-law Robert Baillod. He is survived by: his siblings, James Godfried, Jr. (Margaret "Peggy") of Menominee, Joseph Godfried of Gwinn, Debra Godfried of Hancock, Jeanine Baillod of Pointe Mills and Julie Slough (William) of Hancock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
