He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Destrampe and Linda Destrampe (Ollikainen); his sister Donna Pyykkonen (Milton); and his brothers-in-law, Edwin Laru, Carlo Laru, Fred Joupperi and Gordie Berryman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Laru); his children, Tiina Puska (Roger), Frank Destrampe (Sue), Pam Taavola (Danny) and Jim Destrampe (Heather Freeman); his grandchildren, Jessica Puska, Ashley Larsen (Drew), Brittany Mohler (Paul), Michael Destrampe (Courtney), Kayla Destrampe, Danielle Hendrickson (Mark), Brandon Taavola and Jacquie Destrampe; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Sylvi, Miila, Lennox, Landon, Charlee, Henry and Eleanor; his sons, Rocky and Thor; his sisters, Barbara Joupperi and Sharon Berryman; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Laru, Kathy Laru and Milton Pyykkonen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
