He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bernadette "Cookie"; his children, Bill Devine (Sharon), Tim Devine (Liz), Mary Royse (Jeff), Paul Peruski (Kari), Neil Peruski (Melissa) and Eric Peruski (Beth); his grandchildren, Timmy, Max, Ashley, Peyton, Loren, Allison, Brent, Anna, Ryan, Pierce and Gavin; his siblings, Donald Devine (late Bernice), Mary Lou Zaums (Pete) and Shirley Hands (late Dick); and his parents, William Devine and Genevieve Devine (Swift).
Bill was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2010 and waged a courageous battle against the multiple symptoms associated with this affliction.
