He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Annamary and Edward Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Stevenson; his children, William Dugan, Jr., Jennifer Torres (Mike), Jason Grimm, Bradley Dugan and Brandon Dugan (Kassidy); his grandchildren, Jordan, Nicholas, Ashlynn, Gavin, Sophia and Cole; and his brothers, James Dugan (Kim), Thomas Dugan (Lynn), Robert Dugan (Marcia) and Daniel Dugan.
