She was predeceased by: her spouse William Campbell. She is survived by: her child Caren Smith (late William); her grandchildren, Kellie Jennings (Sean), Kimberly Francisco, Joshua Smith (Kristen) and Justin Smith (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Lee, Kyle, Hannah, Peyton, Parker, Avery, Elliot and Oliver; and her sisters, Jean, Nona, Marilyn and Carolyn.

Memorials in honor of Velma may be made to the charity of one's choice.
