He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sister Mabel Neddermeyer (Tom); his stepson David F. Hickman (Jan); his children, Trinity Hickman and Adam Hickman; his grandchildren, Tammy Casanova (Johnny) and Rick Hickman (Vicki); his great grandchildren, Ian Hickman (Carolyn), John Hickman (Kelsey), Natalie Hickman and Jason Hickman (Jackie); his children, Candy Binning (Chuck), Hope Strong, Lisa Strong-Dunn and Tad Strong (Keri); and his grandchildren, Jessie Binning, Rodger Teeple, Aaron Dunn, Jeremy Dunn (Kristina) and Bella Strong. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
