He was predeceased by: his daughter Terrie Cudnohufsky (Leon). He is survived by: his spouse Jan; his children, Bruce Heyse (Peggy), Wendy Gray and Hollee Keel (Kevin); his grandchildren, Joel Cudnohufsky (Katie), Sarah Cavis (Jared), Alli Heyse (Michael Kaplan), Nick Heyse, Devin Cudnohufsky, Dan Gray (Sam) and Meghan Gordon; his great grandchildren, Lane, Clara, Anthony and Hunter; and his sister Carol Graham (Bob).
