She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Hale; her daughters, Della Kozloff and Harriette Blake; her grandchildren, Alan Tyler and Brandy Tyler; and her sister Dorothy Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Bader (Bill), Harry Hale Jr., David Hale (Karen), Shelly Hale and Sondra Miller (Al); her grandchildren, Barbara Fryfogel (Roger), Mike Blake (Diana), Kelly Hale, Christopher Hale and Craig Cantrell Jr.; and her sister Barbara Ford.
