He is survived by: his wife Empress Smith; his daughter Justice Smith; his stepdaughters, Stacy Falkiewicz and Alicia Holmquist; his grandchildren, Alexandrea Falkiewicz and Noah Selchan; his great grandchild Amelia Brant; his stepmother Mary Jane Smith; and his siblings, John Smith, Jay Smith, Dale Smith, Mike Smith, Diane Buzzell, Nancy Pennington, Alice Essary and Ruth Hale.
