He was predeceased by: his sister Sherri Linto; and his parents, Leo Linto and Marjorie Ann Linto (MacFarlane). He is survived by: his wife Penny (Rose Mary); his children, Kerri Smith (Christian) of State College and Bowen Linto (Adrienne) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Hunter, Conner, Kelsie and Gideon; and his siblings, Linda Johnson (Linto), Roger Linto and Brett Linto. He is also survived by his wife, his children and grandchildren.
