He is survived by: his children, Rick Millen (late Kim) and Patti Millen; his grandsons, Kevin, Travis, Nathan, Mike (Angie), Dan (Lisa) and Troy (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brandi, Brennen, Abby, Kinley, Gracelynn, Travis Bivens and Kaylee; and his great great grandchildren, Zack, Olivia, Penelope, Violet and Lincoln.
