It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Douglas Sr. of Oxford, Michigan, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Douglas and Vivian Douglas; and his brother Gail. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Douglas; his children, Larry Douglas Jr., Rhonda Hoover (Mike), Jeff Douglas (Heidi), Mark Goulet (Estelle), Jannine Walsh and Aaron Douglas (Karen); his grandchildren, Richard (Christina), Holly (John), Stacey, Jenna, Angel, Brian, Taylor, Tyler, Logan (Blake), Victoria and Courtney; and his sister Karen Robinson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

“I was deeply sadden when Ruth informed me on Saturday, that Larry had passed. My Wife ( now passed ) and I have know Ruth and Larry for over 30 years, and became very good friends in that time. We had went on vacations with them up north several times, and once to Atlantic City. Larry was the kind of person that was there when you were in need of help. I had visited with him about a week and a half ago, and now I am so glad I didI will always remember the good times we had. Rest in peace, Fred”
