Joyce Fader Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Fader (Oxford, Michigan), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lewis and Helen Lewis; her parents-in-law, Darrel, Rachel Merk and Gail Fader; her siblings, Lee Lewis and Darlene O'Neal; and her siblings-in-law, Walter Fader, Robert Axtell, Robert O'Neal and Anne Lewis.
She is survived by: her friends, Gary and Joyce; her husband Gary Fader; her children, Gary Fader (Theresa Lomonaco), Phillip Fader (Shelby), Patricia Smith (Robert) and Scott Fader (Sarah); her grandchildren, Amanda Piszczek (Ryan), Danny Fader (Danielle Sellner), Kylie, Megan, Jordan, Diego Fader, Elizabeth Lohr and Dennis Smith; her great grandchildren, Alessandra, Jayden, Brooke, Savannah, Addie, Daniel and Braylon; her siblings, Ronald Lewis, William Lewis (Sharon), Joseph Lewis (Patricia) and Diane Reitz (Peter); and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Good (Wayne), Luann Axtell and Marian Merk. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the immediate family will gather in memory of Joyce, with plans to celebrate her life with friends and family at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorials be given to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Michigan Humane Society.
