He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank and Janet; and his significant other Holly. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia and Raymond; his siblings, Dawn (Jonathan), Jason and Leah (Dan); his grandparents, Leonard and Carolyn; and his close friend Mazzie. He is also survived by his extended family including many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Mazzie's GoFundMe to help with the costs of her veterinary care.
