He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Mullins and Marion Sliter Mullins; his uncle Cleatis; his aunt Catherine Mullins; and his wife Debra Mullins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Dvorin and Nicole Hewson (Russ); his brother Charles Mullins (Dan); his stepsons, Alex and Evan Zemaitis (Olivia); his brother-in-law Jon Stowell (Patti); his cousins, Don Mullins (Rita), Sandra Brown (Floyd) and Paul Mullins (Tonda); his grandchildren, August, Darian, Easton, Ian, Sam, Tatum and Zoe; and his pet Chloe.
