He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Teachworth and Joyce Teachworth (Hart); and his brother Terry Teachworth. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hart of Oxford; his children, Danielle Caringi of Columbiaville, Renee Robinson of Twas and Anthony Teachworth of Mexico; his grandchildren, Niquole, Alexis, Chloe, Joella, Zachary, Brad, Megan, William, Nicky, Jacob, Michael and Eric; his great grandchildren, Devin, Chance, Journee, Brady and Ella; and his siblings, Susan Onley and Craig Hart.
