He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Perry; his parents, Irving Walter and Mary Walter; his siblings, Irving, Francis, Una and Sister Mary; and his sons-in-law, Jimmie Lee Robinson and Tim Dudley.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Dewey, Shelley Allen, Carole Dudley, Jeff Walter, Debbie Robinson and Steve Walter; and his children-in-law, Tom Dewey, Matt Allen, Jane Walter and Linda Walter. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, 43 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren.
