He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Josephine Duke and Thomas Duke; his wife Constance Marie; his son James Kevin; his siblings, Jon, Chuck and Fran; his in-laws, Leo and Ida Mae Misenar; his siblings-in-law, Conrad, Craig Misenar, Rosemary and Marietta Misenar; his daughters, Judith Lloyd (John) of Manistque, MI, Karyn Robare (Tim) of Munising, MI and Kim; his grandchildren, Erica Laidler (Darnell), Alysha Murdock (Mike), Emily Duke (Kiel), Jeffery Gibbs, Jesse Lloyd, Flora Yarborough (Rhys), Ashley Weed, Tomasa Salcido and Angel Rivera; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Misenar (Margaret) of Jacksonville, FL, Cary Misenar, Cathy Misenar of Redlands, FL and Carol Duke. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
