He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Dorothy (Kriser). He is survived by: his wife Connie (Lochrie); his children, Jill Simms (Paul) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Jude Simms and Madison Hoffman; and his siblings, Susan Green, Ken Hoffman (Cindy), Cynthia Flemion (Marshall) and James Hoffman (Irina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society or to a charity of one's choice.
