George J. O'Neil Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George J. O'Neil of Oxford, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2024 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie M. O'Neil; his parents, George O'Neil and Stella O'Neil; and his brothers, Edward O'Neill and John O'Neil.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Markaity (Mark), Patrice Moesta (Bill), Julie Wrobel (Joe), Dean O'Neil (Porsha) and Kellie O'Neil (Pam); his grandchildren, Kelly Markaity (Victoria), Will Moesta, Megan Moesta, Sean Markaity (Lauren), Connor Moesta (Mackenzie), Allison Markaity (Evan), Jacob Wrobel, Joshua Wrobel, Ty O'Neil, Taylor O'Neil (McKenzie), Payton O'Neil and Baylee O'Neil; his great grandchildren, Adrianna Markaity and Lucas O'Neil; and his sister Margaret Meister (late Frank).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Daniel Catholic Church (7010 Valley Park Dr, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made out to St. Daniel Catholic Church (https://stdanielclarkston.org) or to the Hospice of Michigan.
