He is survived by: his children, Steven Blase, Carol Harrison (Ken) and Sanford Blase (Gretchen); his grandchildren, Bradley Harrison (Mandy), Brett Harrison (Katie), Andrea Blase, Grace Blase, Katie Blase and Rachel Crumm (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Breslyn Marie Harrison, Mackenzie Grace Harrison, Michelle, Lillian, Cayden and Michael Crumm.
